Abstract :
[en] This book consists of a textual and contextual study of the anonymous Latin poem known as the Alcestis Barcinonensis or « Barcelona Alcestis ». The work opens with a thorough codicological and palaeographic analysis of the Montserrat codex miscellaneous (2nd half of the IV century) to which the Alcestis belongs, with particular attention to the pages containing the poem. Subsequently, a transcription of the papyrological text and a critical edition are providede alongside a French translation and a critical and linguistic commentary. Lastly, the question of the context of production and reception of the Alcestis in Late Antiquity is addressed.
