[en] Fondation Universitaire Luxembourgeoise was involved in a study supported by European Commission to analyse the various possibilities of energy production in Rio Grande do Sul, in Bresil. The present report is a preliminary overview of the pro and con of different energy production systems on the environmental point of view.
