Non Gaussianity; Quasi-steady wind loading; turbulence
Abstract :
[en] In the context of a non linear quasi-steady wind loading, this paper shows the importance
of the non linearity of the wind loading. More particularly, it focuses of the influence,
on the structural response, of the non linearity of the aerodynamic coefficients. It is
shown that, in case of 2-D turbulent flow, the influence of this kind of non linearity may be
significant. To do so, statistical characteristics of the loading as well as those of the response
are computed in such a turbulent flow.
