[en] This paper aims at proposing an integrated model of the performance management of SME's of the luxury industry through the organization of key success factors (KSF) identified in a critical sample of the existing literature. The model is constructed on a basis of the Porter's value chain (1998) and the resource-based theory (Wernefelt, 1984; Berney, 1991) that helps to identify the critical resources and their deployment through the SME's value chain that lead to manage the identified KSF.
