[en] This presentation is used as a basis for a course on drafting international commercial agreements. It is complemented by two cases studies. The course is mainly addressed to non lawyers and is hence rather practice than law oriented. The course is not linked to one jurisdiction or one type of contract in particular, but attempts to address general issues related to international commercial agreements.
