Abstract :
[en] Transhysteroscopic myomectomy has proved to be safe and effective with experienced operators. The use of the continuous flow hysteroscope and preoperative monitoring of intrauterine pressure has contributed to the prevention of fluid intravasion accidents. Effectiveness has been demonstrated in a number of recently published long-term studies.
