[en] The present paper summarizes the influence of diets enriched with fibres on voluntary feed intakes, bodyweight changes of dogs and feces. Fibres affect nutrients digestibility by different mechanisms. The induced changes vary according to the types of fibre-soluble, insoluble or both- and are, on the whole, quite similar with dogs as in other monogastric species.
