[fr] Cet essai s'emploie à revisiter deux ouvrages souvent considérés comme des jalons essentiels dans une généalogie du roman graphique américain : d'une part, "He Done Her Wrong" (Milt Gross, 1930) et, de l'autre, "It Rhymes with Lust" (Drake Waller et Matt Baker, 1950). Parmi d'autres considérations, ce texte s'attache à déterminer ce que ces deux ouvrages précurseurs doivent à l'art cinématographique (slapstick d'un côté, film noir de l'autre).
