Abstract :
[en] Short talk at the Post-War Seminar of the ISPOLE at the invitation of Pr. V. Rosoux and Dr. P. Lesaffre. Brief overview of attitudes towards analogical reasoning in the field of History. Focus on an analogical pattern found in 16th c. Protestant martyrdom as well as in 21st c. Far-Right martyrdom: the "conference of martyrs", which itself consists of an diachronical analogy.
