Commentary :
There were no normally published proceedings. Contributors were asked to provide PostScript files of their contribution on arrival, which were copied and distributed to the participants (and a few others) during the workshop. Neal organised this. These PostScript files, and a few late-comers, were also put on the web. I organised that bit.
