Abstract :
[en] Besides the traditional chemical development of silver emuslions, it is possible to apply another type of development qualified as "physical" which consists in progressively enlarging the germs of the latent image by supplying silver ions. It is thus possible to better control the physical characteristics of the final image, including its color determined by the size of the silver clusters.
