Abstract :
[en] This Compendium is the main output of the Lex-Atlas: Covid-19 (LAC19) project, which is a global collaboration between over 140 legal scholars mapping legal responses to Covid-19 and which aims to provide a academic report and analysis of national legal responses to the crisis. The Compendium is composed of reports by country teams, headed by one or more Country or Territory Rapporteurs, who coordinate the production and updating of the relevant Country Reports (https://lexatlas-c19.org/). It is made open-access on a permanent basis through the generous support of the Faculty of Laws, University College London, the Dickson Poon School of Law, King's College London, and the Max Planck Institute of Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany. The LAC19 project is supported more widely by the UK's Arts and Humanities Research Council and the Leverhulme Trust. The Belgian report explains the Belgian constitutional framework (I), the applicable legal framework (II), the Belgian Institutions involved in the fight against the pandemic (III), and the Belgian public health measures (IV). Le Compendium est composé de rapports d'équipes nationales, dirigées par un ou plusieurs rapporteurs des pays ou des régions qui coordonnent la production et la mise à jour des rapports nationaux pertinents (https://lexatlas-c19.org/). Il est accessible en permanence grâce au soutien généreux de la faculté de droit de l'University College London, de la Dickson Poon School of Law du King's College London et de l'Institut Max Planck de droit public comparé et de droit international de Heidelberg, en Allemagne.
