Abstract :
[en] The treatment of the central retinal vein occlusion (CRVO) is a debated question. Isovolaemic haemodilution known for its beneficial effects on the tissue microcirculation has shown encouraging results. A first study on 14 patients seems to indicate beneficial effects of isovolaemic haemodilution versus spontaneous evolution.
