Abstract :
[en] This study aimed to elaborate a specific model of district health system through the ivoirian experience. The approch used was constructivist and required the paricipation of differents stakeholders of the ivoirian health system. The method was qualitative. The model elaborated contains : 103 criteria with indicators, norms, coefficients of ponderation; instructions of data collection, data analysis and districts classification in the following catégories : Districts with no performance; districts which are operational, districts with good performance and districts with upper performance. Others specifics points are: the approch is mandatory and the évaluation process is conducted by experts of central level of the heath system with the collaboration of the regional health system responsibles. The process is implemented every three years. The elabaration of this model offers a great possibility for the districts health system accreditation.
