Abstract :
[en] The study of regulation processes is particularly interesting as it combines insights from management sciences, laws and sociology. To do so in a field such as construction is even more relevant when one considers the importance of the sector in Belgium. I particularly appreciate the fact that there are many “hot topics” (posting of workers, extension of subcontracting, undeclared work), which contribute to the evolution of the sector in Belgium. Employment in the construction sector has tremendously evolved in the past 20 years to become highly fragmented today. The first step of my research is to get familiar with the sector and understand its functions.
