[en] - the (perverse) extraterritorial effects of some national legislation (eg Belgian law with the Skype case of the Belgian Supreme Court ), its underlying mechanisms and potential solutions while awaiting an EU-wide and international (CoE) solution; - the relation between national legislation and the future e-evidence instrument; - the notion of EU territoriality and its application to data;the extraterritorial effects of the e-evidence proposal and the relation with the CLOUD Act.
