Abstract :
[en] Any designer (architect, consulting engineer...), who must choose the technical solution of a heating installation in a house, is always confronted with the same alternatives: combined production of both hot water for heating needs and domestic hot water, assured by a combined boiler or a boiler producing only heating hot water and a separate water heater (instantaneous or with storage) for domestic hot water needs. The objective of this present study is to give the designer simple graphs which become an easy way to assume, with a good accuracy, the “global annual efficiency” of each solution, and allow a sensitivity study of efficiency to main parameters of each system.
[fr] Tout designer (architecte, ingénieur conseil…), devant choisir la solution technique pour l’installation de chauffage dans une maison d’habitation, se trouve toujours confronté à la même alternative : production combinée de chauffage et eau chaude sanitaire par une chaudière double service ou une chaudière destinée à répondre uniquement aux besoins de chauffage, les besoins d’eau chaude sanitaire étant assurés par un chauffe-eau (instantané ou avec un réservoir de stockage). L’objectif de ce travail est de fournir au designer un jeu d’abaques lui permettant aisément d’estimer, avec une bonne approximation, le « rendement annuel global » de chaque solution et d’étudier la sensibilité de ce rendement aux facteurs principaux de chaque système.
