Abstract :
[en] In this presentation, I distinguished between different solidarity approaches underlying EU law, applying them in the context of post-crisis EU law and governance. I concluded that the EU remains agnostic towards solidarity, which may eventually limit its potential to use law as a tool for change in response to future economic crises.
