From ‘interference’ to post-national ‘solidarity’. Re-imagining transnational law in a post-crisis regionally integrated regulatory context

In this presentation, I analysed to what extent EU institutional and substantive law promote solidarity. Distinguishing different types of solidarity, I concluded that the EU is rather agnostic to this notion, which is problematic from both a political and a legal point of view.
