Le Non Bis In Idem en droit de la concurrence: un monde de différence avec le pénal?

At this colloquium, I analysed the specific interpretation given to the non bis in idem principle in EU competition law. I compared the Court's case law in this domain with the case law of the European Court of Human Rights and the Court itself in other domains and questioned to what extent a competition law exceptionalism could still be tolerated.
