Abstract :
[en] In this chapter, I analyse the steps taken by the European Commission to ensure and enhance procedural fairness throughout its competition law infringement procedures. I subsequently ask to what extent the Commission initiatives can inspire national competition authorities seeking to enhance procedural fairness in proceedings initiated or conducted at the Member State level.
