“Onderling afgestemde feitelijke gedragingen” en de gebrekkige afstemming van Belgisch en Europees mededingingsrecht na Oxycure

In this chapter, I analyse to what extent the Belgian Courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union rely on different parameters to determine the existence of a concerted practice potentially prohibited by Article 101 TFEU. It was written in honour of professor Jules Stuyck on the occasion of him taking emeritus status at the KU Leuven Faculty of Law.
