Abstract :
[en] This chapter analyses to what extent 'due process' or procedural fairness requirements impact on the institutional organisation of national competition authorities and courts. Analysing recent institutional developments, it develops an 'effectiveness through fairness' narrative aimed at structuring and formatting future institutional translations of such procedural fairness requirements.
