Abstract :
[en] In this chapter, I analyse how national courts are made to participate in the framework of EU competition law enforcement. It is submitted that EU law provides numerous help lines allowing those courts to participate, yet those help lines often also make it difficult for national judges to find out exactly how and when they have to apply EU competition law.
