Abstract :
[en] Publication of what seems to be a statue fragment (Saint Petersburg, Hermitage Museum, inv. 18055), bearing a hymn to the child god of Imet, an ancient town that was located at nowadays Tell el-Faraun, in the Eastern Delta, Egypt. Mentions are made of a crucial period of time (rnp.t-snd.t, lit. “the Year of Fear”), during which specific actions seem to be performed in order to repel the Evil.
