Abstract :
[fr] En sa séance du 29 février 1984, l’Exécutif régional wallon approuvait, en seconde lecture, le projet d’arrêté de l’Exécutif fixant les conditions générales d’isolation thermique pour les bâtiments à construire destinés au logement, ou destinés en ordre principal au logement, ainsi que le projet d’arrêté ministériel portant exécution de l’arrêté précité.
Il chargeait conjointement le Ministre de l’Energie et le Ministre de l’Aménagement du Territoire de mettre sur pied une formule de sensibilisation des architectes aux techniques nouvelles permettant de concevoir des habitations peu consommatrices en énergie.
C’est ainsi qu’a été organisée une campagne d’information et de sensibilisation visant non seulement les architectes et les différents milieux professionnels de la construction, mais aussi l’Administration du l’Urbanisme et les pouvoirs communaux.
La coordination en a été confiée au C. S. T. C. , qui, dans ce cadre, a notamment engagé trois architectes chargés de couvrir la Wallonie.
[en] In its meeting of February 29th, 1984, the Walloon Regional executive approved, in second reading, the project of decree of the Executive fixing the general terms of thermo isolation for the buildings to build intended for housing, or intended in principal order for housing, as well as the project of bearing ministerial decree execution of the above mentioned decree.
It jointly charged the Minister with Energy and the Minister for Town and country planning to set up a formula of sensitizing of the architects at the new techniques making it possible to design not very consuming dwellings in energy.
Thus a campaign of information and sensitizing was organized aiming not only the architects and various professional environments of construction, but also the Administration of Town planning and the capacities communal.
Coordination was entrusted by it to C.S.T.C., which, within this framework, in particular engaged three architects charged to cover Wallonia.
