Abstract :
[en] The AMM is a development tool for integration of various off-self-sensors in one miniaturized device (1cm³). It can be used for wide variety applications such: industrial, buildings, healthcare and others. In normal environmental conditions, the autonomy is achieved by photovoltaic cell and the sensors are used for monitoring temperature, humidity and light intensity. At harsh environment such as a liquid zinc
bath (800°C), the specially developed package allows the system to monitor inputs.
