The increasing needs of enterprises in environmental training, in relation with the rise in environmental management systems in Belgium, generate new research needs in environmental education (EE) scope. The authors experience shows that the entreprises’ expectations can meet EE objectives, and that environmental awareness programs for corporate employees can enable them to adapt their professionnal and private behaviour. This efficiency is based on interactive designing of training actions, responsability sharing and mutual learning. However, EE efficiency in enterprises depends on corporate culture and its capacity to evolve. [less ▲]
